Reuben Adeleye Abati, a journalist, politician, television host, and newspaper columnist from Nigeria, was born on November 7, 1965. He ran as the Deputy Governorship candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2019 governor’s race in Ogun State. Between 2011 to 2015, Abati served as President Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria’s special adviser on media and publicity.
