Osun voters ought to sue INEC — Falana talks on Adeleke, Oyetola cas
Femi Falana, a Senior Supporter of Nigeria, has encouraged citizens in Osun State to sue the Free Public Electing Commission (INEC) for squandering their votes.
He expressed this on Sunday during a meeting on Emerge television.
It would be reviewed that the Osun State Governorship Political decision Council fired Lead representative Ademola Adeleke for overvoting at more than 700 surveying units in the Governorship political race.
The council requested that INEC give Authentication of Profits to previous Lead representative Gboyega Oyetola.
“What the citizens in those areas need to do is to sue INEC for harms that you have squandered my votes,” Mr Falana said.
Mr Falana likewise said it will be an overwhelming errand by Adeleke’s legal counselors to upset the decision of the council.
“Taking a gander at the judgment, I accept emphatically that being an overwhelming undertaking to denounce the judgment is going. INEC must be considered totally liable for what occurred.
