Burna Boy made a breakthrough in 2012 when he released a song titled “Like to party”, the most recognized single from his debut studio album  titled L.I.F.E released in 2013.

Burna Boy was featured in a song titled “Sunshine Riptide” which was a track from Fall Out Boy’s seventh studio album MANIA in early 2018.

His third studio album was released Outside on 26 January 2018 and Described as a mixtape Outside consists mostly of Afrobeats, dancehall, reggae and road rap.
